Oil change
NC 32 was able to fit my oil change in when I was unable to get to chesapeake. They are really friendly, professional and will answer any questions you may have.
I recommend them to anyone that needs to have work done on ther vehicle.

It was excellent
They got me the lowest price to repair my exhaust. I did not have a ride back home they dropped me off and picked me up. Kept me updated in everything.

Check radiator for combustion gases.
Subaru told me that me head gaskets were blown and I need a new engine. They did no testing to confirm their analysis. 32 auto did and the head gaskets are fine. Most new car dealers make the majority of their profit from repairs and not sales. Don't believe the dealers unless they can present you with empirical data to support their findings. That is why we need independent repair shops like 32 auto. Thanks.

Honesty
At least the second time I brought a vehicle in for what I thought would be a major issue and the problem was solved with an honest test result or a much more minor repair charge. There are mechanics out there who would have gone with my diagnosis and charged we for an unneeded repair.

Control Arm Replacement
They did an outstanding job on my vehicle. Gave me a quote on repair cost upfront and beat the price of tires and alignment by over $200. They went above with scanning the vehicle for faults and gave me a quotes for those repairs. I highly recommend them for any vehicle repair you have.

CRV tepairs
We always go to Rt.32 for our auto and truck repairs. They are friendly, keep us updated and always fair in price. They also always do their best to fit us in if it's urgent.

Tow and repair
I can Always count on NC 32 Automotive for any issues i have. They picked up my car when the starter went out without hesitation. Then the repair was done quicker than I expected. The owners are the kindest people you will ever meet.

The experience was flawless. My vehicle broke down, I called the shop and the tow arrived quicker than I thought possible. My breakdown happened on Saturday and my vehicle was ready for me on Thursday. The repair was done and the price was fair. I will continue to use this shop in the future.
