Clarissa said she didn't get a call to be updated, but when she did call, she spoke to 3 different people. She said the last person she spoke to, his tone was short and she did not like that. She said overall when she went to pay, the 2 guys she did speak to were very nice. She said one of the employees, the first guy she spoke to, was nice.
