MY LAST VISIT TO NATIONAL AUTO WAS NOT A GOOD ONE. I HAD A RADIATOR FAN REPLACED IN MY 95 HONDA. I HAD QUESTIONS CONCERNING MY BILLING I THOUGHT IT WAS TOO MUCH. I WAS REFERRED TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER FOR THE LAS VEGAS AREA, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SPOKEN TO SO RUDE. HE NEEDS TO TAKE A CLASS IN PEOPLE SKILLS. HE DID NOT EXPLAIN WHY THE BILL WAS SO HIGH AND HAD A ADDITUDE THAT I HAD THE NERVE TO QUESTION IT. I STILL DONT KNOW WHY I WAS CHARGED SO MUCH. I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING WHAT I OWE I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR. YOU CAN CHECK THE INVOICES AND SEE HOW MUCH WORK I HAVE HAD DONE AT NATIONAL INCLUDING A MOTOR IN MY CADDY. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE BACK. C.W.
