Honest, Professional and quality work.
I can alway trust Nates Employees to give me honest reliable information and quality service. Even with a car under warranty I find myself trusting the service I receive here over the dealership. Not only is the staff here well educated but they over top tier customer service/great hospitality.

Thanks for use of the loaner car while my car was being serviced! Super helpful and made it worth driving out from Burlington.
Although there are several places closer to where I live, driving to Nate’s is worth the trip. Thanks for the excellent service

Great Customer Service!
Today was my first time getting work done at Nate’s. I know Nate personally and he is an extremely nice guy and his team is no different. I had dropped my car off this morning to a welcoming face, picked it up after work, and left with a smile.

Winter tire switch over
My experience with Nate’s is excellent as always. I have a 2023 Tesla Y but I prefer to have any routine maintenance performed at Nate’s.

I am very happy with the service I received at Nate’s. Unfortunately I can’t remember the man’s name that helped with my service. He was very pleasant, explained what the problem was and addressed every issue I mentioned to him.
