My advisor for 5 years, Bryan May, is always looking for ways to save me money. I took my car in for its 30,000 service and asked him about having the "OFF" button on my A/C unit replaced as the letters had worn off. He said they would have to replace the entire A/C command center as it is one part. But best of all it was covered under Hyundai's 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and would not cost me anything! Everyone from the voice on the phone when you make a service appointment to the person you pay before leaving is an absolute professional. The waiting area is always clean and the time it takes to service my car is usually less than the time they tell me. If you are looking for a pleasant experience, I highly recommend Napleton's and ask for Bryan as your service advisor. In the past he has given me coupons for oil changes. Not your normal everyday experience with a car dealer!
