Worst service ever

I've been taking my car here for a couple years due to the convenience of where it is located. I took it in for a routine 47.5 checkup and was dealt the worst service ever. 30 minutes just to get greeted, written up, and drop off my car. I was told it would be done by 1pm. I never received a call, and went in at 3:45pm to see in person. They said it was ready and I was next to be called. Sure. Then I was written up and the porter didn't want to bring my car around because he already brought around a handful. Really professional. My service rep had to go get my car. My car was returned to me just as dirty as when I dropped it off. They said the wash was broken. If that is the case maybe offer free detailing for the future?? When I returned home I received a call from the dealership at 5pm from an automated service, saying my car was ready. I would highly not recommend this service department. 0 sense of urgency in there and customer service is obviously a foreign idea to them.
