Absolutely the worst experience! I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.
Came in yesterday talked with a sales guy. Got talked into an Alfa Romeo because they didn’t have any dodge hornets with sun/moon roof that I wanted and specifically went there for.
Liked the SUV, made it work for my monthly payment. Went and put a lot of money down!
Got to finance to finalize and he informed me my monthly payment would increase by $65 after I was VERY SPECIFIC with the sales rep on what I was willing to pay monthly & my requirements for the vehicle.
ONLY AFTER PAYING DID THEY INFORM ME MY MONTHLY PAYMENT WOULD INCREASE BY $65 A MONTH. Finance guy thought he could work magic and get me to the mark I originally requested so I waited a day & nope he couldn’t do it.
Now I have got my refund but it won’t return to my bank for 3-5 days!!! (When I sent it to them it did not take 3-5 days for them to get it ?)THE MONEY I NEED TO PURCHASE MY VEHICLE! LABOR DAY WEEKEND NOT TO MENTION ALL THE SALES I WILL MISS BECAUSE NAPELTON!!! & LETS NOT FORGET THEM FUCKING MY CREDIT ☺️
