If I could give them zero stars, I very much would. I flew to IN in November 2023 to purchase a vehicle I had inquired about online. After a test drive and then sitting for a few hours, we were finally ready to do paperwork. The first buyer's order they printed for me to sign included a charge for warranty which I had told them that I did not want. They "corrected" the paperwork, and when I saw that the warranty charge had been removed, I signed. I overlooked the fact that they had listed the vehicle price at over $4000 higher than what was advertised. I also missed the $899 charge for some kind of protection package, as well. I found all of this when I was contacted weeks later by them about paperwork that they were mailing to me that we didn't sign while I was there. After reviewing, I found these errors. After then questioning them about this, I was emailed a copy of papers that supposed I had signed agreeing to all of the add-ons, but I didn't sign them! They literally forged my signature on several agreements. Fast forward to March 2024, they not only are ignoring my requests for resolution, but they also sent registration paperwork to my county's license commissioner's office, so when I go to take care of the registration, I see that they have forged my signature on a power of attorney form as well as sent a buyer's order that doesn't match the one I actually signed and brought home with me. They will 100% screw you on the paperwork. This is a problem with multiple Napleton dealerships across the country if the settlement that the Federal Trade Commission obtained from them is any indication.
