HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT
I have a 2024 Hyundai Elantra SEL Im leasing it brand new since august 2024. My front windshield defrost stopped working in January 2025 & i had numerous warning lights I drive 60miles daily for work so driving became dangerous. I had to wait 10 weeks until they would look at it. It took 26 days for them to fix the defrost issue (they did give me a loaner), the day they gave it back to me i didn't have a horn! They also cant figure out why i no longer have FCA & BCA. They couldn't figure out why these standard features just disappeared in my settings under driver assistance. They forgot to attach wires when they had to remove my dash. They then had it 21 additional days to fix the horn issue. I just got it back and now the 2 middle vents nothing blows out, you can hear blowing, because they didn't attach hoses correctly. They also didn't attach the panels back on under my dash. Months and months of this, time missed from work, personal time used in my life, issues still present and new issues started while at the dealership all because of horrible customer service. Their lack of service & knowledge is a JOKE and PATHETIC!! Let alone how they speak to a female, like we aren't educated & couldn't possibly know what we're talking about!!
