I would like to commend service advisor, Jim Twining, for his outstanding assistance for service of my 2015 Sonata. His willingness to provide that extra "personal touch" to his job was rewarding to me. I had my car in twice for a brake issue and although I was not happy about bring the car back a second time, Jim's assistance made the experience less frustrating. I understand that all service problems are not easily diagnosis and fixed the first time. Jim and the service tech worked through these issues and resolved them to my satisfaction. His professional attitude and open communication of the repair issues was very much appreciated. In these times of pandemic and staffing issues it was rewarding to deal with someone who still gave that "extra effort" and willingness to do his job. We are sometimes quick to complain about services received but this time I am glad to say Jim did an outstanding job and reflected well on Napleton dealership and Hyundai.
