After having my vehicle towed to this location, with them stating that they could fix the issue, is was quickly identified that they were not able to get the correct part to do the repair. Eventually, they located the part, 2 hours away in Baton Rouge. SO... I drove to Baton Rouge to get the part, then returned with it.
Then the problem comes in, as they were swapping the very easily accessible brake line, they damaged a secondary brake line.. Without telling me, they decided to cut the brake line, and rig up a new connection, which of course did not work... Once they realized they could not fix the issue, it was now 6pm on a Friday evening, and left me there without a working vehicle. I had to tow my vehicle from Ville Platt to Prairievile at this point, to find someone that could complete the repair.
My suggestion, NEVER use this company, should you need any work to your vehicle, as they were not professional, and very disrespectful to both I, as well as other clientele that were in the store. Poor service, lack of knowledge, NO professionalism, and liars.
