Two trips required to dealer because the work was not done as requested. Svc dept very hard to reach on phone and did not call as promised. Cashier not monitoring customer window for customers. Svc mgr unavailable in timely manner to discuss problems

Mr Bishop, I am very sorry for the experience you had with the oil change, by the time I returned from a test drive with another customer you had already left.  Unfortunatly on standard oil change comands on our computer the appointment did not show synthetic oil.  I have gone into your account and flagged your vehicle so it will now show on your repair order to only use synthetic oil in the future.  I do hope that you will give us a chance to regain your business and if so I will offer you a 15% discount on your next service.  Again I am sorry for the experience you had.
