Cars can be a bit moody, especially with age, but they shouldn't make you feel uncomfortable when discussing repairs. Your vehicle was repaired by you not a proffesional mechanic. We informed you that you will have to replace the tires to correct the pull in your vehicle. We also suggested that if you wanted us to get you tires we would have to order them. Thanks for bringing the vehicle in. Sorry we can not do business again.
I visited this automotive repair shop for Alignment issues because I just put new tie rods ends and new struts, when I picked the car up and drove it the steering wheel set all the way right when I go straight. I went back to the shop and tell the mechanic the problems. The manager said rudely: I am doing that more than 30 years, you don’t know what I am talking about, Your car is old, drive it back where you’re from….
