Joey, JoJo ,Matt and Leslie are extremely polite, professional and informative. Theiy keep you abreast as to what has happened to your vehicle and what the necessary repairs will be. I was informed by Leslie the cost of the repair before the repair was done . The cost of the repair was quite fair. Going to Murphy’s auto is the consummate consumer experience.
