Shoddy work requires return visits

We brought our car in because of a check engine light. After repairs, the check engine light was still on. I brought it back to the dealership the next day and told them I could just wait, but they said it would not be finished that day and gave me a loaner car. The mechanic had left a plug loose and that was why the check engine light was on again.
So careless work, extra trips for me and now they want to charge me for scratches on the wheel well of the loaner. If it were not for the shoddy work, I would not have needed a loaner.
My car has less that 60,000 miles on it and I keep bringing it back for the same issue.
We are extremely unimpressed with the service at Murdock Hyundai Lindon.
