While i had the car in for an oil change, I was told that the rear brakes were bad and needed to be replaced. I did not have the service done, I could not beleive that the brakes could be bad with only 24,000 highway miles on the car. When I checked the brakes myself, I found that they were o long way from being in need of replacement. Also i had the tires rotated, they did not tighten all of the lug nuts properly. It is sad that dealerships have to rip their patrons off, integrity is such a fleeting concept anymore.
