After purchasing my 2000 BMW Z3, there was a great deal to learn since this was my first BMW. The Manager (Chuck) took the time to educate me on how the computer diagnostics worked, had his team assess the condition of the vehicle and detail it, then guided me through making decisions on what I needed and wanted serviced at that time. We also worked through a plan for preparing the vehicle in the Spring to get it ready for my first season of driving. He even provided me with several resources where I could garner additional information and research on my Z3. I really appreciate all of the Muncie Import Team members I met and that serviced my vehicle during my first appointment, your all a great group of talented people.
