I had a great experience at the shop. The repair was completed much faster than I expected, and Michael, the manager, was professional and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to point out a few other issues with my vehicle and even showed them to me when I asked, which I really appreciated.

When I asked about the cost, he gave me a starting estimate and clearly explained that the final price could be a little higher or lower depending on the condition of the vehicle once the repair was underway. I appreciated the transparency and the fact that there were no surprises.

Overall, the communication, honesty, and quality of service were excellent. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and professional auto repair.
