Sharma was professional, and the mechanic, but the people that answers the phone for the Tow Truck, I had to tell the guy, that they is no need to speak to me arrogantly!!! I am a customer, speak to me as a human, not an animal!! I'm sure he does not speak to the fair skinned man in that manner.... I DO NOT ACCEPT THAT!! Far as the service from Sharma and the Mechanic... that's 5 star!! Also the gas station and the tow truck is a separate number, if a new customer calls and does not know that, the gas station cashier show atlease be educated on how to direct a customer, by giving the tow truck number etc, to that person that broken down somewhere, not say, call back at 8am!!! Other than those small issues... they do good work!!

We're always aiming for five stars across the board, not just with our mechanics like Sharma but on the phone too. We certainly don’t want our customers feeling like they're in the middle of a gladiator match when making a simple call. Ensuring everyone is treated with respect is crucial, and we'll look into the communication training for our team to make sure they know how to connect with customers in a more friendly manner. It's great to know you had a positive experience with Sharma and the rest of the crew! We’ll take your suggestions to heart and work on improving those small hiccups. Your voice matters, and we want to be the place where you feel valued.
