Brought our van in to have 3 things repaired. Air conditioning, loud muffler and a heater hose replaced. We were charged $1,100.00 for repairs.After we left the shop the muffler was still loud,called them and was told I needed to make another appointment. Made appointment for a few days later, then tried the air conditioning. Guess what? Blowing out warm air, that was not working!!!!! So only 1 of the 3 things wrong with my van was repaired correctly. Took it back in they wanted another $2645.00 to fix it correctly!!!! Instead they repaired things that they thought would fix the problem. Brian told me they do not do test drives after the repairs, they only drive out of the shop to park your car. Maybe if they took it for a test drive they could feel the air not working and hear how loud the muffler still was. WE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!! We then got many excuses why it wasn’t fixed correctly! So we basically paid $1,100.00 for a heater hose, which should have only cost $228.00!!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!!!
