So clearly VW service outside a dealership is something of a challenge. The shop I use to go to recommended this shop as he did not work on Volkswagen. Staff was courteous, nice waiting area. It turned out that I only needed a battery. The overall experience was nice to the point that I will definitely be returning for ALL SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE.
