If you decide to wait then the customer lounge is nice and cosy, with snacks if you like candy. While waiting you'll notice how Steve welcomes every customer with cheerful greetings, and his interactions make it challenging to differentiate long time from recent customers.
The work area are is fairly clean, organized and clear of debris, oil vehicle parts.
The employees know their roles and functions as a team, providing pertinent information so Steve can properly assess, make recommendations and calculate the best costs and fees.
