Keeping Me Safe, Always
Mr.Auto has always been my go to for all my vehicle needs. After 25 years of being a loyal customer they still provide me with the absolute BEST care, making sure I am safe behind the wheel of each vehicle they have serviced for me. From day 1, Richard and Mike welcomed my business and each time greeted me with a joke or two, a happy to see you look, or a simple smile. Not once did I leave there feeling unhappy, if I had questions, they never made me feel stupid. They truly care about each and every one of their customers. I am thankful to have Mike and ALL the staff he employs. Thank you to Mr.Auto for Always Keeping Me Safe on these roadways. It truly means everything to me. Mr. Auto will continue to be the place where I take my vehicles for any/all repairs needed.

Fast and friendly
I got there 30 minutes before my appointment, but they took the car in right away and did my inspection immediately. It was ready before my actual appointment was supposed to take place and I got solid recommendations on future maintenance that were spot on. Thanks!

Trustworthy, fair and quick
We've been bringing both of our cars to Mike and company for years. When our older car developed a problem, Mike was able to diagnose it correctly. But it was going to be an expensive repair, so we went elsewhere for a second opinion. Long story short - we should have just trusted our long time repair folks at Mr. Auto and got it done there. We went for a lower priced option, paid a lot of money and when it wasn't completely repaired, they wanted a lot more to do what Mr. Auto originally was going to do. We took it back to Mr. Auto and they fixed the problem. Lesson learned - stay with the trusted good guys - Mr. Auto.

Long Time Customer
I've been a long time customer looking back i believe since 2010, so 15 years, My father was a long time customer as well, that shows the trust I have with Mr Auto working on my vehicles, I've never had a bad experience in the time I've worked with them and Mike and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional when I have the chance to recommend a mechanic i always refer them to Mr Auto, keep up the great work guys and I'll see you at inspection time. Probably sooner because I own a Jeep now lol
