Bought a car here and was lold it will be serviced before I get to take it home. A week later they just looked at it and need approval to do repairs and it will be another week. Now I have purchased a vehicle I can not take home for 2 weeks since making payment and have completely lost hope in their service department. I called everyday for a week straight for an update to never receive a call back from the service manager. Left voicemails no return call. Complete lack of communication and total sense of ergency. I will be telling everybody I know to never buy or have their car serviced at many view. If I conducted business in this manner I would be fired (and I wouldn’t expect anything less) or my company would completely shut down.
