My frustrations were not with Motomaxx. They were with Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota and Andrew Freeberg, Director of Family Stability Programs, who were responsible for approving and funding the repairs. I repeatedly attempted to communicate that I already had replacement parts available that could have significantly reduced the overall repair cost before more than $3,100 in repairs was authorized. Despite my efforts, I was unable to have those discussions before the repairs were approved, and I experienced very limited communication regarding the authorization process.
From my perspective, Motomaxx simply completed the work they were authorized to perform. Based on the quality of the repairs and my interactions with the shop, I would recommend Motomaxx Auto Service Center and would use them again
