They don’t care about you
First of all people don’t write reviews just for the heck of it……. I would give a zero star this time around, but I have to give a one in order to post….. This is not my doing this is all on this company so if you don’t like this reveal, do a better job…… My second review first review was a neutral because they didn’t do what I told them to do on the Jeep grand Cherokee……. This last visit I had an engine light on. I know what it was the Evap system! My hand held device showed me one code, but he stated there was two codes.. in the process of doing the work they did not care about my vehicle and got oil or grease all over from the floor to the door handle to the hood, on the floor was a little over than paper size mat… now to correct this problem they offered a free cleaning,,, but I stated I wanted a reduced price on the next service… but after thinking it through, I did the work myself because what they showed me they don’t care about you in your vehicle. This vehicle looks like a new vehicle and when I got it back in the condition that it was was terrible…. So I told him I would take that cleaning job yet they stated they would do that but I waited for days and getting a response and when I did get the response, they said that they were going to notify the company on the day and time that I had set up or wanted to take my vehicle in. , emailed them back told him I was still waiting. They responded by let me call them to see if that time would work for them and yet no reply back so now I’m still waiting and remember you did this to me so if you don’t like this review, don’t complain……
The way I see it. You’re screwing me. You obviously don’t care about peoples vehicles and now there’s a runaround……. If I had not checked the work that you guys did on my pick up I would be replacing ball joints now because you didn’t do what I told you to do………. Three vehicles I brought into you guys and I cannot trust you and doing any more work on my vehicles….. how would you feel if you had a brand new vehicle and I made your carpet floors, greasy or oil which I highly doubt cleaning is even going to get that out you guys should be buying me new mats at least that because now I don’t want that cleanup job thinking that our oil is not coming out. You guys owe me a set of carpet floor mats for my 2010 Camaro that looked like new when I brought it in.
You guys ignored doing the work you ignored setting up that appointment for the cleanup job you’re ignoring your customer with three vehicles that I brought in for you guys and I’ll never do again….
The way I see it you guys shouldn’t even be in business!!!
