Where do I start? First of all, the initial phone call was immediately answered and the woman could not have been more friendly. It was a Thursday at 10AM or so and I felt like I was catered to exclusively. This is the kind of attention you want when you are bummed about car troubles. Next, I had my car towed there with problems that were serious enough to expect a large bill. I had driven the car hot (gauge near "H" a few times) for nearly a month. MOTEC told me it was a thermostat. It fixed everything and it was less than $140. This is the most honest and friendly auto service I've ever experienced and I would recommend them to anyone.
