Too long for car

Brought my car in Friday morning I was told that I'd have it by late Saturday afternoon. When I went Saturday around noon I was told that they closed at 12:00 and then it wouldn't be ready until Monday. I have a nine and an eight year old grandson who I was going to take to the strawberry festival. Very disappointed that the car took longer and that I was told I'd have it by Saturday afternoon when that was not a possibility. The quality of work was very good but I didn't like being inconvenienced the way I was
