Pre-road trip tune up
First time here and had a great experience. I feel confident that my 2008 Lexus is prepped for a 3000 mi road trip. They addressed my concerns and didn't sell me on any extra fixes. Very happy.

New shop
truck went out of warranty. Looking for a new shop. This place came recommended. I was very happy with the customer service and the timely response to all of the issues I was looking to resolve. Price was fair. Definitely will be going back only thing that could be better would be offering some sort of ride option.

Friendly and efficient
Had my car towed in because of an unexpected issue. Morena Automotive had friendly service, no ridiculous upsells and they finished in a day. Super happy to have found them.

Kind people, great experience
Everyone there was so kind and friendly, especially Matt! As a young girl who doesn’t know much about cars it can be kind of stressful to go to the mechanic. But they were super upfront about the prices and labor hours and very honest. They did their best to save me money wherever they could. They made the whole experience positive, definitely recommend!!

Very helpful in keeping my old Chevy running
The thing that sets Morena Automotive a step above most repair facilities is their diagnostic abilities. They have correctly identified problems with my car where others have failed. My car is old and not worth putting a lot of money into it. They have worked with me to repair what was necessary and given me clear estimates of the work that must be done. I have found them honest and trustworthy and will continue to bring my car to them when it needs repair.

Great service
My car was dropped off by AAA on a Sunday and on Monday morning they called me right when they opened. My car had apparently reset itself and the issue was resolved however they did run a diagnostic and found some code issues and were honest about what could come up in the future They are great and professional!!

They were timely and she got her vehicle back fairly soon. She would recommend them to anybody. She added that she feels good that she has a good mechanic.

Amazing customer service
The best customer service I’ve received. They were kind enough to take me up the street to the university while they worked on my car and pick me up when it was done. They also went out of their way to find me the best products for my car since my car requires specific parts they made sure to get the right best parts
