They did the diagnosis and explained to me the parts, the cost and the time frame of the repair. Great feedbacks from the shop and excellent overall service. I got my vehicle on time and most importantly, it’s running well.

Trouble shooter!

I’m always tickled when I get work done on my old truck at Moore’s. There are times when what’s needed isn’t understood by local shops… it’s hard to stump Eddie…. I’m sure he’d rather not work on my mess but he always can fix the problem….
And if you really want to fix your stuff up that’s the shop to take it to…
I’d like a hot rod someday, I better start saving my money… they can do it!

Did not provide a repair at the price of nearly a grand

I had my vehicle towed in to have it diagnosed. They said the repair would be done and the vehicle would be ready in the next fee days and all that needed to be replaced was the AC condenser. After I paid nearly a grand, I was given back the vehicle. Upon further inspection, the condenser was never replaced and the issue was still present. This is highly unprofessional

Very professional and an all around great experience.

No one else got it right.

I have an older 3/4 ton Dodge 4x4 and have had a time trying to get the alignment right, and some couldn't fit it on their rack. Stopped in and asked if they could align it, and they could. Glad to have gotten it right.
