Oscar is a nice sales associate and not pushing at all. I even feel bad that he has to put up with all my demands and questions. He’s the reason why this review is 2 stars instead of 1.
However, the sales manager is not as friendly nor helpful. I felt like a beggar buying a car from him.
The worst part is how inefficient and ineffective the communication at Mirak is. It is extremely hard to reach any of the salesperson to assist with my issues. Even when I have bought a car I couldn’t get to anyone to know when I can pick it up. It is extremely upsetting when you already paid the car in full but can’t pick it up.
Finally, all the replies to bad reviews on here seems automated, exactly the same answer every single time. It shows that they make no effort to improve their quality at all.
I do not recommend this dealership at all. If I could void the contract I would and go to another dealer.
