Slow and unprofessional
I had to take my vehicle to this place through my warranty company. I won't ever bring my car back here for anything in the future. It took a week and a half for them to turn rotors, do an alignment, and replace all 4 tires. I understand needing an approval from my warranty company to start service, but they took their time establishing approval. This place does NOT have tires on site. They order them from their warehouse in Cape. Which should be same day delivery. No, it took 4 days for my tires to arrive. One person will tell me they were currently working on my car and another would say they were waiting to get the car into the shop. When I got my car back my floor mat was covered in grease and the interior smelt like gas. My alignment was done incorrectly. The alignment wasn't bad in the first place. I will say the lady on the phone was always nice. But I'll also say she always had a different story. Do not use this company for any needs.
