Expensive repair, but expected and done right!
I have had 3 Minis. A new 2004, an 2012 coupe and now have purchased a pre-owned 2012 Cooper S Clubman with 6 speed manual to flat tow behind my motorhome and the first time out the dreaded check engine light appeared…. Towed it to Ben and though it was not supposed to be repaired (high pressure pump!) until the next week it was done in one day! He understood my frustrations and worked late and came in on Saturday to meet me so I could get the car. Kudos!

Honest & Trustworthy Car Shop
Took my z4 in for a coolant leak- prices were reasonable and I really appreciated the time Ben took to go over everything with me and made sure I understood the mechanical terms. Back on the road again!
If you have a Mini Cooper, then I highly recommend Mini Cooper Experts. Ben knows these cars inside out and he does excellent work. I have been taking my car here since I purchased it in 2013 with a short break during Covid when the shop was closed, I believe. He has always been honest and I trust him totally with my car. He does not do unnecessary services and he makes sure that my car is in and out as quickly as humanly possible. When my car was having a mechanical issue, while I was driving, he let me drive it straight to him. He then fit my car in and fixed it that morning. It’s great to know that I have a mechanic who will go above and beyond just providing scheduled services and that he will help me if I have any sudden mechanical issues.
