Absolute worst! Dealership in the state of Michigan ! Avoid at all costs, ! Took my Durango in there because my radio would not hold stations. They tried to do updates on it and failed. Then they said they needed to order a new radio and it was going to be a few weeks and that I could have my car back until the radio comes in. I went to pick up my Durango and for some reason they completely unhooked the original radio and forgot to pull the fuse and it killed my battery . so I go to pick it up on an 18° day in November and the battery’s dead and they had to jump i so I could take it home . I thought no big deal they will take care of it . NOPE ! My Durango left me stranded four times in between the weeks it took to get the new radio and they refused to replace the battery. Jim the so-called service manager with half a brain said it’s a wear and tear item and they refused to replace it. I had zero problems with my battery until then and Jim told me that even though they killed it on an 18° day in winter that that wouldn’t hurt the battery, the battery was already bad. Wtf ! What a joke of a dealership. And to top it all off I was in the process of trading in the Durango for a new hellcat Durango. This dealership does not give a shit if they have your business or not just a shitty place avoid at all costs
