Needed a State Inspection and oil change on my Toyota Highlander and also needed a strange sound in the rear of the car addressed.
The lady who answered the phone was very nice and efficient. She asked if I was going to wait in the waiting room. I said yes and she gave me an appointment a couple of hours later. When I arrived she told me that they were very busy (as I noticed from the parking lot) which might extend the wait. I appreciated that she told me.
I spoke with the owner of Miller Tire about the strange sound.
He said he would drive the car to listen to it.
In barely an hour, my car was finished! They also addressed the "sound" and resolved it at no additional charge.
Great staff and great service!
