Although I hate doing this every 3 years, and the car I had picked and was making a deal on got sold from under me, my salesperson Jesse was very real and helpful and he helped make the process less frustrating, although it took 2 days because of the car mixup. Inventory was lacking and I wasn't able to familiarize myself with a Tucson Hybrid, but overall I am satisfied.
