Work completed in a timely, professional manner. Staff was very courteous. They even washed the car, checked the tires and fixed the radio without being asked! This will be my new go-to place for service!

Nail in Tire
Milito's is a great neighborhood service station! They were able to quickly repair my tire. They removed a nail and patched it up on the spot. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

quick assistance!
My son's car broke down on the way back from Madison, WI to Chicago on a Saturday afternoon. JJ & crew got his car in quickly and had it ready for pickup in less than 48 hours. Everyone else was closed.

JJ was very friendly on the phone and when one of the parts he installed failed, he replaced it with no labor charge

Quick and Great Place
I have taken my very old car to Milito's for years. They always take my car the day I want to bring it in and have it back usually the same day, if not a day later depending on parts, etc. They are reasonably priced and keep you posted on all issues - great communications, from the service guys as well at the counter help. I recommend this place for your auto needs.

We trust Milito’s
With both our Toyota and BMW, the dealerships told us we needed lots of repairs. ($6K for the Toyota and $4K for the BMW.) In both cases we went to Milito’s for a second opinion, telling them the dealerships said we needed work, and both times Milto’s checked out our cars and said we didn’t need any work. That’s trustworthy. We are very loyal to Milito’s. The work is always done quickly and well, and I’m confident it is fair.

Regular Service +
Had some routine and not so routine work done on my truck. Really nice staff, quality work. Needed some work redone that was under warranty, so I appreciated not incurring more major costs.

Communication about work turnaround times could be a little better, but still very happy with my experience and will continue going to Milito's.

Always Great Service
Always great service between tire repairs, oil changes, or large scale scheduled service. We appreciate the good communication and the free flowing advice. It’s great to deal with a local shop!

Quick tire replacement
I am from out of town and had a flat that could not be repaired . JJ and crew got a replacement tire in quickly and got it on and ready to go by the time I needed to leave on Friday. I really appreciated the service and care. Highly recommend.
