As usual they were quick to get back to me as to what was the problem with my car, and with a quote on cost for repairs. I was also impressed at the speed of service considering when I brought my car in it was the day of the hurricane and most places were closed, but my car was repaired that day and I was able to pick it up which was a very big surprise to us.
