Ready to help me in an emergency situation
My tire was stolen from the parking lot at Giant and after waiting to file a police report for over 5 hours, Milestone Auto was already closed but when I got there, they still accepted my towed vehicle and my keys. The very next morning they called me, researched what I needed to fix my car, called with quotes, provided updates, and got my car back to me within a mere couple of days during a holiday weekend. I couldn't have asked for better service! They truly went above and beyond.
