When I dropped off that morning and reminded them of an exact pick up time, they said okay.
They then called at the exact time saying it would take another 45 minutes and I had a lot of other issues, great, super. Thanks for looking at everything when you weren’t told to, but you wasted your time slot for what needed to be truly done. So when I came to pick up, the ac service was not fully recharged or filled because they “were out of time.” And I still had to pay over 200 dollars of labor.
