Quick turnaround, great service
Needed to get an alignment and they were able to take my car in the same day and complete it quickly. Also let me know some other issues going on with the car. This shop seems honest and thorough and I'm very happy I visited for the first time. Price was reasonable.

Oil change and front end inspection
Did a walk in oil change and asked if they had time could someone look at the front end because it was driving rough. I got a call soon after letting me know it was a bad control arm. They gave me a fair price and didn't try to upsell me anything. Said they would try to get it to me same day but more than likely it would be the next morning. I got a call at 530 saying it was ready so I paid over the phone and picked it up after hours. It drives great and I'm very happy!

Excellent service

I began going to Mike's tire and auto when I was 16 years old and couldn't figure out an electrical problem with my old Ford truck, Mike's Tire and auto spent 8 hours troubleshooting and tracking down the issue... Understanding I was a kid with limited funds they helped me out by only charging me 1 hour labor... 18+ years later I still take my vehicles to them, and it's still the great group of honest hardworking guys that I knew back in highschool. They are very knowledgeable and they won't sell you on anything you don't need. I recommend them to everyone.

Relace radiator hoses
They told me bumper had to be removed for the job.got it back there was no evidence it was done.it was a lil dirty(not from them).they're wasn't any fingerprints on bumper or any marks liked it had ben touched.855 bucks later.

DON NOT USE THIS SHOP!
I took my car in to be repaired at Mike's Tire and Auto Repair on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 because the temperature gauge was not working and the fan was running after I turned off the car. He Alex diagnosed the problem for $125 as needing a Thermostat Housing Assembly, Coolant Sensor and Antifreeze Coolant. He charged me $649.89 with an additional surcharge of $19.50. Mind you I just received an oil change and my fluids topped off a few days before. Why is my car two days later running hot again. I contacted Alex and he said it could be a number of other things but I paid him to diagnose the problem and fix it. When I called him to tell him about it, he wanted to argue with me but I refused. I told him, I paid you to fix it. He said bring it back in. The shop closed at 3pm so I had the car towed to my home. Stay tuned for the resolution.

Update: I spoke to Alex and he wants me to have the car towed to his shop at my expense claiming that the problem couldn't be what he already supposedly fixed. He keeps raising his voice at me and claiming that it just couldn't be his problem but he refuses to pick up the car to check it. Instead Alex keeps on yelling at me claiming that the problem has to be with something else and started naming off all these other things that could have gone wrong. What I know is that I brought my car into be fixed, paid $669 and some change for repairs and the same thing it was doing when I originally brought it in is still occurring. The car is running hot?.
