Great service
Have been a customer for years. They explain the the cost, broke down the cost of parts and labor. Diagnostic test revealed the problem, which was what I thought it might be. Parts were ordered, when the arrived my vehicle was fixed the next day. Great service centerr.

Just a NYS Inspection, short and sweet
Was in for a NYS Inspection, which was completed quickly. But received an email the next day suggesting that I have the Air Filter changed. Why not just ask me when I'm there, if I would like it changed?

Changes, not for the better
Brought my car in NYSI & Oil change. Was told that tires were needed to pads NYSI. No choices were given for tires (I wanted to stay with Cooper Tires, which I've had good experiences with for nearly 40 years.). General Tire model was quoted, but I've never had a good experience with General tires. Took over 2 hours for tires to arrive. Tires were ridiculously under inflated when car was returned to me. Even at proper inflation, the General summer tires feel like less traction than the worn out. 40,000 mile Cooper snow tires that were replaced. On top of that, I was pressured to pay for an unneeded wheel alignment. Also, the invoice showed being billed for oil & filter, when I had supplied my own Amsoil & filter.
Overall, not a great experience with the new owners.
