They told me I needed a new manifold and EGR tube to pass Pennsylvania inspection, and they couldn't quote a price because they were sure to snap off manifold studs on my (admittedly) rusty 2003 truck. The problem was a missing flare nut. I fixed it myself in 30 minutes with $60 in parts. They laughed at me when I returned to complain about unnecessary repairs that would have cost a minimum $500 .
