Tire boy

Here's a factoid for you tire changer.you were trespassing after hours .town bylaws state 30 mins before opening and 30 minutes after closing is the only time you are allowed on the property.hours are clearly listed as explained.and the cop didn't laugh at me ..get the story straight.i am responsible as a business owner for any issues or injuries that happen on my property..as I explained to you how would you like it if I worked on my car on your front lawn ?I have been doing this 37 years and have a substantial customer base.and you're not one and never were . So you fit right in with the keyboard commandos !use your skull next time .get AAA CARD ...This review was written by Michael the business owner .

Owner screams profanities

Had a flat on the very dark road, pulled into the lot to change a tire and the lovely owner came out mid tire change to scream excessive profanities at me and my small children in the car. He called the police who laughed at him. Threatened us multiple times. I would not trust my car to this person, he doesn't seem to be fully sane.

Tire rotation no

Wanted tire rotation and balance they stripped my locking tool said lugs were over tighten, I bought replacement tool and loosen lugs up also had a nice new dent in my hood , wouldn't have these people change a wheel barrel wheel.

Tire rotation

Brought my truck in for a simple tire rotation and balance. Got a callback they couldn't get my tires off they stripped my locking key for the lug nuts. I bought a new one a took them right off also I noticed a dent in my hood guess it was just a coincidence. We also had brought my wife car for tires and he said she needed All new brakes brought to country Nissan and they said that's not the case

Snapped at me after waiting to talk to him i stepped into shop not suppose to but as i was being
ignored i went in it used to be OK was yelled at asked if i thought I owned the fucken place and lots more rude things 2nd time this has happened I left never to return maybe his business has grown to the point that he doesn't want to respect his customers any more.WILL NOT SEND ANYONE THERE AGAIN BYE!!!!! Replaced Torsion Beam Assembly (Rear)

On December 19th 2022 my rear axel rusted out on right side of car. Called Mike we had the car towed down to the shop. Part was ordered took until January 16th to receive it not any of Mike's fault shipper claimed weather and trucking problems I know this on account I was on the phone with them also. As soon as the part arrived in the afternoon Mike brought the car right into the shop and had it ready for me. I did not rush Mike to get the job done he just knew that we have been with out it for a while. My wife and I have been doing business with Mike for years and have had no problems with our cars. When we do leave there we no we are safe and that we can count on him again. THANK YOU MIKE!

Complete exhaust on my 2007 Kia Rio LX

Call them on the 9th of November had the car in there on the 10th of November. Gave me an estimate went with the estimate the job was done on the 10th before 5:00 p.m. Mike showed us the parts that came off the car they were the original parts and he did a great job as usual very satisfied. Thank you Mike.

Excellent service!!!

I have been bringing my cars to Mike's for several years now. Mike provides excellent service and he is a pleasure to do business with. He is the first person I contact when I have an issue with my car. Not only has he provided great service at a decent and fair price to my family and myself, Mike was very helpful when I needed to replace my old car.
