First Time Visit after poor experience elsewhere

I googled a few auto places in the Enumclaw area. After a little research, I decided to try Mike's. We had lug nuts that needed to be replaced on our vehicle, and we were not wanting to return to another local shop to have that done. I went in, without and appt. and asked if they could help us. I was greeted quickly, professionally and kindly. As the lug nuts were being replaced I asked Mike a few questions regarding an issue we were having and had yet to be diagnosed correctly elsewhere. He said he could take the van for a drive and he did. He explained very thoroughly what he thought the problem was and how much it would cost to repair. I left and discussed with my husband, we are scheduled to have the repair next week.

The parking lot, the shop and the office are clean and tidy, his mechanics are polite and clean as well. Everyone was nice. Excited at the prospect we will have a regular mechanic in our local town to repair and maintain our vehicles, when we are not able to do the work ourselves. I'll review again, once we have the repair done, but I feel optimistic that things will go well.
