The duration of repair time may have skewed my impressions somewhat.
Mike Young did some really decent things like providing a free loaner for the duration of the collision work. I appreciated that for sure. Staff were available, polite, and professional. Plus, any little issue I may have had was addressed before I left. I wasn't put off or ignored. They appeared to take any concern I had seriously. Suppose I'm more than "in the middle" with my overall recommendation upon further reflection. I'm somewhat more likely to recommend them for collision work.
