Unhappy customer
Horrible ,I will never deal with Hyundai again..Recall on my trunk latch,I went in and whatever they did caused it not to open ,lost $145 in groceries locked in trunk plus loosing money at work dealing with this place and the attitude of the manger ,I think Conner was his name ,,was very rude and unprofessional...He didn't care one bit about the loss of groceries behind a recall on their car!!!The very next day ,trunk Still won't open after they had it over 8 hours for what I was told would be an hour and a half,and they also didn't put my backseat back in ,just sat it in the car....They will be getting an intent to sue for not even trying to rectify the situation 🤬
