Customer for years. They have recently gotten rid of the only real mechanic in the place. Took my jeep in for AC service replacement of compressor and receiver. I am in doubts if they done anything except blow the line. It never felt cold, and under 30 day warranty they gave us the run around saying it was just hot outside n that is how it should feel. Jeep's ac compressor caught fire with my family in the jeep while it was still under full warranty. they told us to wait 2 weeks because the ac machine was down. Since then we have gotten the full run around. When we came back after 2 weeks were were told they don't even do that repair there anymore, and the manager refused to speak to us, and to call Judy. Then judy was on vacation, and now never answrs her phone that doesn't have answering service. still under parts warranty and they will not honor anything and will not respond to BBB claim. I am out of $700, and they could care less.
