Eileen said she took her vehicle to have it looked over by someone because they know her situation. She said she was in a hurry to get a vehicle, she had a gut feeling not to get the vehicle, and she went ahead and did all the stuff. Within two weeks there was an issue with the engine. She has a mechanic looking over it today. He is going to fix whatever needs to be fixed so she can roll. She said her check-engine light was on, she was going to get a Chevy equinox, but was in a hurry. She said she does not need the business's assistance anymore. She said it should be illegal to sell a vehicle that they don't make anymore, and they don't make Pontiacs. Brownie said the vehicle would be done in four days and hung up. Brandon said everything was good, and she thought they were being honest. She left and had a flat tire and issue with the motor. Brandon asked if she could drive down to put air in it, she already told him she had nobody. She thought it was their obligation to fix the tire and the motor. She is disappointed they told her it was okay, and then her mechanic found pieces of stuff in the engine. She said the clamp they put on is no good because it is metal and will come off in the winter.
