I dropped off my car for an inspection after calling Midtown Auto and getting a quote of 1 hour for it to be completed. An hour after dropping it off, I called to check on the status. I was assured that it had been a busy morning, but that they had just started inspecting my car. Over 1.5 hours later, I arrived to find my car parked exactly where I had left it and no one had touched it. Wasting over 2 hours for my car after being quoted half that time is ridiculous. As I had to go to work, I had to take my keys back and left - would not recommend!

My name is Elliot Rich, the owner and appreciate you letting me know what transpired. I am extremely sorry for what yesterday and would like to assure you that was a total mess up on our part. I could go into details of why, but that does not help you. I have been in business here since 1998 and try to service customers in an efficient manner, and strive to give the best service. Please accept my apologies and a inspection if you have not got it yet. If you did get it I will offer you afree oil change if you like to try us again.

Once again this was just a fluke.
